The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of a busy area. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that your stay is comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with showers close by for convenience. the attention to detail is impressive, and the breakfast provided is a nice touch.

We stayed at a hostel that was not far from the center, making it convenient for us to explore the city. It was also located near the bus stop 86, which was a huge plus as it made our airport transfers a breeze. the room was comfortable, with clean beds and towels provided. the bathroom facilities were commendable, with hot water showers and all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning, which was a great start to our day.

There was a lack of hooks and hanging space in the room and showers, which would have been more convenient for us.

It is located just a few minutes' walk from the bus station, which is very convenient. the room I stayed in was clean, cozy, and spacious, with a great view. the bathroom was also clean and had all the necessary amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and filling. the leisure facilities, including the communal area and free Wi-Fi, were a nice touch.

The noise level from other guests can sometimes be a bit loud, but it was not too disruptive and the staff managed it promptly.

During our recent city trip, we found a budget-friendly hostel that exceeded our expectations. The dorm room was one of the better ones we had, with comfy beds and good bathroom facilities. we appreciated the location, which was right in the heart of the city center. Another advantage was the inclusion of free beer every day from 5-6pm, a nice perk to enjoy after a long day of exploring.

There were some downsides to our stay. The staff's communication could have been better, particularly when it came to arranging transportation services.

The value for the money was excellent and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff treated us really well at High Five.

I had a fantastic stay at High Five in Hanoi! The staff were really good too make sure I had a great experience. When my day trip to Halong Bay got canceled, they quickly rearranged a trip to Ninh Binh for me, making all the necessary phone calls in Vietnamese. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated having a towel, toothbrush, and a spacious locker for my belongings. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and floors in the dorm room was really good. And to top it all off, they offered free beer every day from 5-6pm! I highly recommend this hostel for its friendly staff, comfy beds, and convenient amenities.
